MSA has arranged for a limited number of dorm rooms at Northern Arizona University for our attendees. These are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please use this form to reserve a dorm room.

The fees for the dorm rooms are as follows:

$40.00 per person for a double-occupancy room

$53.00 per person for a single occupancy room

There is an additional $30.00 linen fee per person, which includes (1) blanket, two (2) flat sheets, one (1) pillow, one (1) pillowcase, one (1) towel, one (1) washcloth.

There is a key/security deposit of $50.00 per person. This will be refunded within 14 days after the meeting to your payment card, providing you have returned your key and building access card.

Shuttle service to and from the Little America Hotel and Convention Center will be provided free of charge. Please note that there is a separate fee for parking at NAU. This fee must be paid directly to NAU.

Dorm reservations will be accepted until Sunday, July 9, 2023 unless sold out sooner. Cancellation of reservation with a refund will be accepted until July 20, 2023.
